When you're a Unit in the CCA, you will come across some Units who are out of the ordinary; something you won't see very often unless an emergency awakens. These Units go by the name of OTA.
The Overwatch Transhuman Arm Units (OTA) are highly skilled Units that were once just like evey other Unit or Citizen. These select few were chosen for extreme Modifications and Augmentations to be implemented into their body. Once finished, these Units ignore nearly all forms of pain and emotion and obey any order given to them by a High Ranking Unit.

As mentioned before, these Units show absolutely no forms of pain or emotion. These Units only follow orders given to them by a Divisional Leader+; If not given orders by a High Command, they will simply ignore the Unit giving orders. As this Unit, you are basically a meat-shield and Backbone for the CCA.

OTA Battalions:
AIRWATCH- AIRWATCH are the pilots of the OTA. They pilot hunter-choppers and other flying vehicles, and keep the outskirts of the city safe. They are typically smart, but are rarely augmented strength-wise. Their augmentations focus on surviving atmospheric and pressure changes. Their armor is light-weight, and vulnerable to most weapons-fire. Although it is rare, when an AIRWATCH pilot is engaged in ground-combat, they are able to deploy a special Tactical Eviscerator model that can easily penetrate even the thickest of armor. This special Eviscerator is only used by the AIRWATCH units, and is mainly used in air-to-air combat (deployed via a small hatch behind the mine-launcher). The Eviscerator is used to sear through weak-points in an enemy aircraft's cockpit and undercarriage. They typically only carry one outside of their helicopter for emergency use. SWORD- SWORD are the shock-troopers of the OTA, rappelling down from transport helicopters and buildings. They are typically the first soldiers to leave the drop-ship during an assault move. They have heavily augmented strength and speed, but are not always bright. Their armor is heavier than most, but with their augmentations, this doesn't restrict their movement as much as it would a normal human. SWORD are not kept in stasis chambers, but are instead kept in OTA 'Beds', which are used to keep them calm during their 'sleep' hours. As part of a side-effect of their intense training and augmentations, they may enter a state of rage during combat, and sometimes have been recorded accidentally killing other OTA or CCA officers. However, this rage state is quite effective in close-quarters combat, as it allows for it's augmentations to become powered by an over-production of adrenaline and testosterone (only in males), leading to sometimes more than double its physical strength. GHOST- GHOST are the spec-ops and snipers of the OTA. Their special light-weight armor has the ability to enter a state of active-camouflage with the press of a button, but is other-wise useless in mid-range to close-quarters combat. Their augmentations focus on aim, speed, and agility, and less on strength and toughness. They are the sharpest of the OTA. Their stasis chambers are customized to induce large metabolic reactions during the wake sequence, meaning that they are ready for combat within only minutes. ASSASSIN- ASSASSIN is the all-female branch of the OTA, and function like GHOST. However, ASSASSIN's are much, much more agile, due to their intense physical training. During tough situations, or when their bodies become severely injured, their highly specialized armour will begin to pump moderate doses of adrenaline into their bloodstream, allowing them to continue their fight almost unhindered. SHIELD- SHIELD are the protectors of the Nexus, and the private security force of the City Administrator. Whenever the Nexus is threatened by a Socio-Status Red scenario, or the City Administrator needs them for security matters, the SHIELD can be awoken from their stasis chamber almost immediately. They take little time to ready for combat, making them the most effective defensive measure up the CA's sleeve. There are two main ranks in the OTA Branch:
OWS: These are the standard rank of almost all OTA Soldiers. This stands for "OverWatch Soldier". These Units are not as highly trained as the EOW (Which we will explain next) but understand the full concept and how to deal with almost all situations.
EOW: These are the Higher ranked units in the OTA Division. This Rank stands for "Elite OverWatch". This means that these Soldiers are practically Un-Human and almost all Synthetic. Their bodies are Heavily-Augmented and are rarely sent out as the OWS mainly do the dirty work.
